About Mrs. Steichen
Welcome to KINDERGARTEN!!!
My name is Mrs. Steichen, and I am very excited to start my 31st year teaching Kindergarten. I live in Gardner with my husband and two children. Kaylee graduated from ISU majoring in athletic training and is working on her masters in nutrition. Connor is a junior at ISU majoring in construction management. We love to visit our daughter, Brittany, who lives in Colorado. We are lucky to have Justin and Amanda close by living in Essex with their two beautiful girls Addy and Macey. I enjoy reading, biking, walking, traveling and spending time with my family. Growing up I always knew I wanted to be a teacher, and kindergarten children are fascinating to me!! I graduated with my bachelors degree from College of St. Francis, and I received my master's degree from Olivet Nazarene University in reading. I love teaching and watching children learn new things.
