About me

I am excited to be apart of the Coal City School District and a new Special Education Teacher at the ECC. I have been married to my wife, Carmen, for 20 years and we have two children--Melody and Jadon.  We have been living in the Diamond/Coal City area for the last eleven years and we love being involved in the community and in the Coal City School District. I have been in the education field collectively for twenty-two years where I have served as a substitute teacher, teacher assistant, and a vocational coach. Almost all of my experience has been in the Special Education field.  A couple of years ago, I went through the teacher-ready program through the University of West Florida to receive my LBS-1 certification.  I am looking forward to a great year.
