“Every day we are learning to read, write, and count. It may look different every day, but that’s what makes Kindergarten awesome,” said Mr. Painter, kindergarten teacher at Coal City Early Childhood Center.
Sometimes it looks like the students are acting and other days you might find them dancing to help in their learning, and of course there is Play Doh in Mr. Painter’s class.
The students sometimes have visitors and grandparents are very helpful. And there are days when kindergarten learning makes them old and tired, “ok, just I get tired,” Mr Painter said.
